It was truly a great experience for KU DE TA to collaborate with Hong Kong’s renowned culinary platform Test Kitchen last month.
Executive Chef Benjamin Cross and Head Chef Stephen Moore provided guests with a tasting menu showcasing their collective approach to contemporary cuisine in Asia for five consecutive nights. A big thank you to Test Kitchen for hosting us and to Nusa Cana Rum (www.nusacana.com) for mixing up our tasty cocktails for the week!

We brought a taste of Bondi Beach to Bali when Monty Koludrovic of the legendary Icebergs in Sydney joined us for our first Culinary Collective Lunch. Guests enjoyed a selection of Monty’s signature dishes whilst sipping delicious wines overlooking the sundrenched beach below.
