South African-born, Jeremy Hunt spent his childhood on a dairy farm renowned for artisan cheese. Surrounded by a strong food culture that stems from farm to table, he unwittingly had his future carved out for him.
Jeremy received his Cordon Bleu degree from Silwood School of Cookery. Since qualifiying, Jeremy excelled in the hospitality industry, using his skills as a passport to many different countries where he gained experience in cooking, food trends, produce and leadership.
Jeremy’s agricultural upbringing has had a profound effect on his cooking. He emphasises the importance of fresh and seasonal produce of the area, and has a strong passion for raw ingredients. Jeremy believes that each ingredient should be respected, and not masked, but rather enhanced through pairing.
